Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of trustyourselfagain.co and purchases from House-of-Chance. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1. Eligibility and lawful use

You must use the site lawfully and have legal capacity to enter the transaction you make. If you are below the age of majority where you live, use or purchase should occur with the involvement or authorization of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

2. Product and service information

House-of-Chance aims to describe products and services accurately. Digital products, professional services, sponsorship placements, and physical merchandise have different delivery and fulfillment requirements. The applicable product page, checkout information, and published policies form part of the purchase terms. Images, mockups, prototypes, concepts, or development materials are not representations of a manufactured product unless the listing expressly identifies them as the approved production item.

3. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in the currency presented at checkout. Applicable taxes are calculated according to the store's configured tax treatment, customer location, product classification, and registrations or obligations that apply to the transaction. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. A price, tax, or technical error may be corrected before fulfillment where permitted by law.

4. Digital delivery

Digital products are non-shipping products and are made available only through the delivery method identified for the applicable release. Access credentials, download links, or customer files are for the purchaser's authorized use and must not be redistributed unless the product license expressly permits it.

5. Professional services

A service begins only when its stated start conditions are met. Customer delays in providing required intake, access, approvals, or information may move the delivery schedule. Deliverables and scope are limited to the purchased offer unless a written scope change is agreed. No service is represented as guaranteeing revenue, profit, conversion rate, business growth, financing, legal outcome, or other commercial result.

6. Sponsorship

Sponsorship is subject to eligibility and creative approval and will be disclosed. Acceptance of a sponsor does not constitute an endorsement, and no traffic, lead, sale, conversion, ranking, or return-on-spend result is guaranteed.

7. Physical merchandise

Physical merchandise is made available only after the applicable production and fulfillment controls are approved. Product-specific materials, dimensions, care instructions, country-of-origin information, shipping terms, and return terms control where stated.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, site content, House-of-Chance branding, The Duke Letters, original written and audiovisual materials, product artwork, and related creative assets are owned by or licensed to House-of-Chance or their respective rights holders. Purchase of a product does not transfer intellectual-property ownership. You may use purchased content only within the license or ordinary personal-use rights provided with that product.

9. Prohibited conduct

You may not misuse the site, interfere with security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, use the service for unlawful activity, infringe intellectual-property rights, or fraudulently obtain products or services.

10. Third-party services

The store may rely on third-party providers for commerce hosting, payments, digital delivery, communications, analytics, support, and fulfillment. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices. House-of-Chance remains responsible for its own obligations and does not disclaim rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Accuracy and availability

House-of-Chance may correct errors, update content, change or discontinue an offer, or temporarily restrict availability. Completed purchases remain subject to applicable law and the terms in force for that transaction. Site uptime and third-party service availability cannot be guaranteed continuously.

12. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, products and services are provided without promises of outcomes that are not expressly stated in the applicable offer. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where liability may lawfully be limited, any limitation will be interpreted only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Governing law and consumer rights

Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your jurisdiction continue to apply where they cannot be waived. To the extent a choice of law is permitted and does not displace those mandatory rights, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to House-of-Chance in Illinois, United States. No mandatory arbitration or waiver of class rights is imposed by this version of these Terms.

14. Changes

House-of-Chance may update these Terms for future use of the site or future purchases. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Changes do not retroactively remove rights attached to a completed transaction where prohibited by law.
