Use this page if you purchased a House of Chance digital product and need help locating your delivery.
The Duke Letters — current live release
The currently live Duke Letters release is Volume I: Return to Command, containing Letters 01–10 in written form with 10 corresponding narrated audio experiences.
What happens after checkout
- Your order confirmation is sent to the email address used at checkout.
- After payment is verified, the purchased digital files are prepared for delivery.
- Please allow up to 60 minutes for the Volume I files to arrive at the checkout email address.
If your files do not arrive
Reply to your House of Chance order-confirmation or delivery email with the order details already included in that message. The purchase can then be verified and the files resent.
Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, or other sensitive credentials by email.
