After your purchase, send the intake below so the audit can begin. Keep the information limited to what is needed to review one customer journey. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment-card numbers, private customer records, or other sensitive credentials.

Required intake

1. Checkout email: Use the same email address used for the purchase.
2. Purchase reference: Include the Shopify order/receipt reference if available.
3. Business website: Provide the public URL you want reviewed.
4. One customer journey: Identify the single funnel, checkout, signup, booking, or conversion path to audit.
5. Primary conversion goal: State the one measurable action you want improved.
6. Relevant access or constraints: Tell us anything necessary to review the public journey safely, including privacy, security, scheduling, accessibility, or client-specific restrictions. Never provide credentials.

What happens next

Once payment and the required intake are both independently confirmed, the order is matched to the exact SFR-RLA-149 SKU and routed into one canonical work packet. If required intake is missing, the existing paid event remains open and only the missing information is requested.

Safety and privacy

You control what information you disclose. Do not provide passwords, API keys, payment-card information, Social Security numbers, health records, or confidential customer data. If reviewing the journey would require unsafe physical access or other unusual conditions, disclose the constraint before proceeding. No customer is pressured to continue.
